My model of Fitbit isn’t on the app

I don’t really know what model my Fitbit is but it looks a lot like the altar or ace  except from it charges into a plug from the wall. I can’t sync it (need to change the date and time as well). I go onto my account but there is no option for ‘advanced settings’ and I have also tried turning Bluetooth off and on and still not working. Any help ?

Hi @Oliviat777 - Can you post a picture of your device? That would help us help you. But in general, to add your device to your account, open the Fitbit app on your phone and tap Account > Set Up a Device. When I do that in my app, I see all the various Fitbit devices. You do not need to go into advanced settings to add a device. Once you select your device this way, if you have guessed the correct one, Fitbit will lead you thru the steps to set it up and sync. If you guessed wrong, try a different model.
