Why have I suddenly been presented with a new dashboard today? Is it because I’m being offered a week’s trial of Premium? How do I switch back to the old version? And how do I decline the Premium offer?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? Did you recently updated the Fitbit app? A few months ago we released the new Fitbit experience for our iOS and Android users, this new version cannot be reverted because it's a permanent change starting from the app version 2.92.
In regards the Premium offer, the add should have an X on the upper right corner for you to close it. If not, please send me a screenshot so we can move forward with this.
