 My New Alta hr wont charge. I put in in The charger, and it comes a message: «www.fitbit.com/setup» and it turns black again. No signal of it charging. I tried to press The button on The charger three times, but The same thing happens. I also downloaded The app without problem. What can i do about The charging?

Have you tried going through the set up process in the app? It might be that the battery charging indicator will show then: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873.htm

Thanks for answering. I downloaded the app, and got all set up. But I need a 4 digit code to connect, and the code does not appear on the fitbit.
