New from box Alta HR unable to setup

Hello guys,

 

i have new alta HR.

first time setup, i connect to the charger it shows the fitbit logo, version and then www.fitbit.com/setup

after that it just turn off. 

i"ve done restart by pushing the button 3 times

on the app, i try to search and found the device but after the fitbit suddenly turn off it cannot detect the device.

Hello @Walin and welcome to the Help forums.  Fitbit discontinued the Alta HR in 2019.  Your new Alta HR has been in its box a long time.  Try charging for a few hours.  The battery just might not have enough charge to set up.
