I have a new Alta HR. I’m replacing my old one because I cracked the face and it’s old. Can’t seem to do it.

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

If you go into your profile settings by selecting your profile image on the main dashboard in the app, you'll see an option to "set up a device". Choose this and select Alta HR and it will ask if you want to replace your existing Alta HR. Just say yes and follow the prompts. All your data, badges etc will be retained.

Put old one in garage and new totally charged next to phone and nothing. Can’t find it. Turned Bluetooth off and on.

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices nearby? Move them away from the Fitbit
if you are still having issues, set it up away from other devices (laptop, iPad, etc)

also restarting your phone sometimes helps restart the connections.  I’ve always had issues with setting up fitbits with my iPhone and seems my phone is often the culprit.

also make sure your on the most latest iOS and the Fitbit app is updated as well.

Please let us know how it goes out of you need additional help.
