Newly unboxed Alta won't charge

Good Afternoon,

 

My newly unboxed Fitbit Alta won't charge. I've tried several USB adaptors, and ports, with no success. 

 

I've aligned the pins correctly, and wen't through all the troubleshooting steps in the Fitbit community, with no success. 

 

Could you please assist me?

Hi @PhBass  newly unboxed? The Alta was retired quite some time ago and has been replaced by two different series of Fitbits. It does seem you've tried everything that would be suggested. Did you try rubbing alcohol to be sure the contacts are clean? I have an Alta HR, myself.  Is this a new purchase where you could somehow exchange it?
