I purchased my Alta a couple of years ago but never opened the box. Now I opened and charged the Alta but with a full charge, it will not display. Also the charger clip broke. Any suggestions for this brand new out of the box not able to use Fitbit. Thank you, Sandy

Hi @SandyVal the warranty for these devices is one year in the USA. The Alta series was retired a while back and the Inspire series is the replacement. You can try asking support about this, but since the device is past warranty, they may not be able to help you. Be sure you have updated the firmware and have the lasted app for a compatible phone or computer. Reach out to customer support.
