No fitbit service centre in Singapore?

Hi Team

 

I am using my Fitbit Alta in Singapore but it has recently stopped working. It has been over a year and therefore outside the warranty period but I am happy to pay and get it fixed. I imagine a gadget like this to last me a few years at least. 

 

Upon reaching the helpdesk, I am told that there is no service centre in Singapore and I can 'buy a new one in the holiday season'! 

 

Can I confirm that there is no after sales support post 1 year for Fitbit users in Singapore!?

Sorry, but here is no Fitbit repair anywhere.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

This is very bad if there is no after service is provided for the fitbit watches. It is really bad when the users are told to buy a new one when they come to seek service. Had I known Fitbit did not provide serices, I would have not buy the watch.

Me too. Mine has stopped working in just 6months😠. I thought its a good brand.. Really disappointed with it...
