I have had my Fibit since Oct 2017 and reading the screen outside in the sunlight has always been a bit tricky but over the past couple of weeks my screen indoors has become so dim I can no longer read it. I havent got the fitbit wet, its still working fine as I can see all my stats on my app on my phone but I cannot see anything on my wrist which is so frustrating. Can anyone help? Thank you

Hi @ZumbaSarah, welcome to the Community forums.

 

Thank you for sharing this information about the trouble you've experienced with the screen of your Alta HR being too dim. 

 

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've tried the restart procedure as described in this article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then check if you continue to experience the same behavior.
