I’ve restarted my Alta HR in hopes that it’d resync and update today’s activity and sleep, but it’s not syncing. It keeps prompting me turn on my Bluetooth settings, and I have! My Alta HR is connected to my Bluetooth, and all the settings for my Fitbit device are enabled. How can I get it to sync??

Hello!! I’m the one who wrote this post! I finally got it to sync!! I tried restarting my iPhone 6s, and after that, my Alta HR resynced again!! If anyone runs into a similar issue, trying restarting both devices (your Fitbit device and your mobile device). Hope this helps someone!
