Notifications are not coming through my Alta HR

I'm not able to get text messages or phone call notifications on my Alta hr fitbit. What can I do? Thank you.

Hi @julesa318 - Is your device up to date? How about the Fitbit app? Which phone/iPhone do you sync to? Is it on the list of supported devices?  Let us know and we’ll try to help.

Yes, I believe they are both up to date. I have a Samsung s9.

Thanks for the reply, @julesa318.  Here are a couple things to try:

•  Check your phone’s Bluetooth settings to make sure your Alta HR is still listed.
• Restart your device. Instructions are here. 
• If none of this works, go into the Fitbit app on your phone and tap to Remove This Alta HR. Give it a couple minutes, then add the device again, saying yes when it asks to pair to Bluetooth.

I have. Nothing seems to work

Yes as far as I know my phone is compatible. And everything is updated. I have a Samsung 9s.
