Hi! Two years ago I bought a fitbit alta hr. Sync with I-phone 6 and bluetooth.

Since a couple of weeks, the battery went down after a couple of hours. Therefore, I 've bought me a new fitbit alta hr. But how can I sync the old data to the new fitbit? Because, it would really be a pity when I would loose all my achievements of the past two years. Can someone help me out on this one? Thx.
