Real-time heart rate display on the dashboard

The dashboard does not show the real-time heart rate Only the resting heart rate is displayed; Alta shows the heart rate in real time. The app's heart rate is also recorded correctly. Only the dashboard display of the app is inaccurate. How can I fix this?

Are you seeing the discrepancy on the web dashboard? If you refer to the Heart Rate tile on the Fitbit App, then I would suggest you to please restart your phone, log out from the Fitbit App and back in. Also, make sure that the Fitbit App is updated to the latest version. To update the App, you can visit: How do I use the Fitbit app?

 

Also, make sure that your Fitbit device is syncing correctly. You can also try to manually sync your Fitbit device to see if that helps: 

 

1. With your device nearby, open the Fitbit app to the Today tab.

2. Press and hold on the screen and pull down (on Windows 10 devices, find the picture of your device at the bottom and pull up).
