What's the fix for this?
I've hit the re-set button 3 times to restart it and I've tried changing the clock face (someone suggested that) - no luck.
I've worn this every day since Christmas Day 2019 and for the last 3+ months, the screen has been getting dimmer. It can only really be seen at night now.
Pretty bummed to have bought a premium fitness tracker for something like this to happen after just over 12 months.
Any ideas out there or is it just not fit for purpose?

I am having the same issue, too. I attempted the reset. It this did not help. I have had my Fitbit for over three years, and I wear it everyday. What is the typical life of a Fitbit?
