I had a fitbit Alta that is not even 6 months old and it has more issues than most I have to trouble shoot three times a week just to get the same results then I was advised of a replacement over a week ago and still have not gotten any up dates I have tried contacting fitbit for an up date can I get some help

Hi @SAMYE you getting an Inspire 2 as your replacement? You should have received an email letting you know that the device was being shipped. Have you gotten any emails from Fitbit about it?

I see that I will not be getting my replacement under the warranty as I was advised I am truly upset about this the last email I received from the company or who ever was asking about the color I wanted and that was almost 2 weeks ago I loved my fitbit but they have wrong so many with not honoring the warranties when customers have issues with the devices
