Set up Alta HR on Kids Account

So, I have seen all these posts about parents getting their kids a Fitbit and cannot load it to a kids account because it's not an Ace.  The posts I saw are dated 2018. I just updated from an Alta HR to a Sense. My daughter has wanted a Fitbit for awhile now, so I decided to give her my old one. 

So, is there a solution yet?? Can you fix this?

Hi, @Andieksplm! Unfortunately, the issue is that for legal reasons, the Ace devices have a different OS than the other devices, to allow children to use them. There's still no way to set up a non-Ace device on a children's account.
