I set the silent alarm to wake me up on one day, and even though I have cancelled the alarm it keeps on waking me up.

Hi there @momcpa. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your alarm going off even after you've cancelled it.

The first thing I can recommend is restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by clipping your tracker to the charger and plugging the charger to a USB port on your computer or a wall charger. Then, Press the button on your charging cable three times within four seconds and your tracker should vibrate and show the Fitbit logo. This will make your tracker to reboot.

After doing that, make sure that on your alarms settings, you've set it to happen just once or you can also try to delete it, sync your tracker, add it again and sync your tracker again for it to take effect.

Let me know how it goes!

I have tried this rebooting of the watch with the usb cable, I have tried a simple reset in the app. I have deleted the app, I have turned off the blue tooth and rebooted the phone, i have tried every single suggested fix and still that alarm will not change. I absolutely hate this feature. I find the vibrating on my arm far more disruptive than a regular radio alarm clock or my phone alarm. I am out of solutions. I simply won't wear it at night which defeats part off the purpose of buying it in the first place - sleep tracking. Any other ideas?

Good morning

I am having an alarm go off at random times and one of those times is 1 am. At first it was random and then it became daily. Suddenly I now have another alarm going off at 6 am. I did have an alarm set at 5:45 but since this starting happening. I actually turned the alarm off. Now the alarm I wanted is off but I have the other two going off.

I read your post where you gave the suggestion to plug the Fitbit into the charger and reboot by pushing the button on the charging cord, but I don't have a button to push.

How do I reboot and get these alarms to go away. They are such a nusiance!

Thanks so much for your help in this matter.

I can't help you, but would like to add that an alarm I had which was disabled and hadn't gone off for about six months, went off on CHRISTMAS MORNING after a particularly bad night's sleep, so thanks for that Fitbit 🙄
