My Alta hr has stopped displaying the sleep and HR functions on my dashboard. Any ideas how to fix this, please?

Hello @Petrova Welcome to the Community Forums!. 

 

Is your Alta HR recording your Heart Rate itself? Are you able to see Heart Rate while working out?. Otherwise, please restart your Alta HR by following the tips in this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

On a side note, it might be possible that Heart Rate and sleep tiles were hidden on your Fitbit App. To add them again, please follow these steps: 

1. Open the Fitbit app.
2. Tap Edit in the top-left corner.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Check the circle next to the tile you would like to show.
5. Tap Done when finished.
