Sleep and resting heart rate details no longer show

In the past on my main screen in the Fitbit app, I was able to tap on my sleep score or heart rate and it would show details. This no longer works. I’ve reset my Fitbit, restarted my phone, still doesn’t work. I think I messed something up when I tapped on the gray plus to the right of daily activity. It started tracking my activity by location. I stopped it since I wasn’t exercising, but now no details can be seen when I tap in the maim screen. Help!

Did you try restarting your phone (or whatever your app is on) and putting your Fitbit in the charger and restarting that by pushing in the button in the plug until you get the Fitbit logo and details? I also checked to make sure I had the latest update. I did that and it started showing heart rate and sleep details the next day. Hope that helps.

I just updated the Fitbit app. We'll see if that is what was needed. (I have now done everything you suggested.)

I did everything you suggested to no avail :-(. I see a lot of people are having problems with their Alta Hr. Hopefully Fitbit will come up with a fix. Don't know what else to do.
