Does anyone know how to get my sleep mode to appear on my Alta.  It was there and I pushed the X on the right next to sleep and it disappeared.

Hello @Ouchdog11 and welcome to the Help forum.  I am moving your post to the Alta/Alta HR forum.  It is a better fit for your question.  I don't know the answer.  I never used that tracker.  Your title says Alta HR, so I am including a link to the Alta HR manual and you might find your answer there.
