Sleep score doesn’t update with sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I woke up at 6 am and synced my fitbit and phone. Noticed I didn’t get enough sleep and went back to sleep for about 1.5 hours. My sleep updated with the next sync but my sleep score did not. So even though it says I slept 7.5 hours, with over 1.5 hrs of REM and deep sleep, it’s the lowest sleep score I have which is really odd.

Hi, mine is still the same too. I have tried everything suggested and nothing is helping,  for myself being a full time carer for my husband and son, it's important to know that I'm getting a good  quality of sleep. Hopefully Fitbit can get this fixed.

This happens to me, too, where the score isn't updating if I have a break in sleep and it didn't track after it. Deleting the sleep entry and re adding it for the full time period changes the score for me.

Hi @Noodle5282 and @sprale. Welcome to the Forums. @Hfcrystal, I'm glad to see you again. I'm sorry for the delayed response.

@Noodle5282, thanks for the steps that you've tried on your own. I understand how important is to receive your sleep details and let's work on this together. You mentioned to not receive your details anymore, may I know if you refer to the sleep score, the sleep stages or the sleep patterns? Is your Alta HR able to record your heart rate? Also, are you getting any message that explains why you're not getting those details? Although you've tried some steps, please make sure to follow the ones posted above.

@Hfcrystal, thanks for trying the steps suggested in my post and I'm sorry that the issue persists. You mentioned in a previous post that the heart rate was slower, does your Alta HR continue having this behavior? Are you getting sleep patterns or stages? If you get a message on the app, please take a screenshot and attach it in your reply so I can continue investigating.

@sprale, thanks for stopping by and just to confirm, do you mean that after adding your sleep again the sleep score is able to update? Have you made sure to have the Fitbit app updated?

I'll look forward to your responses.

Hi @Noodle5282. I'm glad to see you here in the Forums. I'm sorry for the delay.

Thanks for replying back with more details about the heart rate function. I'm sorry that you're having this experience and let me help you with this. Just one question, do you see any green light on the back of your Alta HR? Since your posts didn't mention, I'd recommend to give a try to the steps posted above and let me know if the heart rate is still not working.

I'll looking forward to your response.

I’ve had my Fitbit for seven days the first two nights it did give me a sleep score ever since it does not record it does track my hours of sleep in the quality asleep but I am missing the numeric sleep score how do I get that back or what has changed

Yes, I am having trouble getting sleep details and sleep score as well. I understand that the premium membership should allow access to that. I get information on when I was awake, how long I slept, restless, etc. But nothing about deep sleep, REM, light sleep or a sleep score. I have just received the watch. Am I missing something?

Would like to make sure this is working since its a key feature I would like to monitor.

Thanks.

Mine is exactly the same, I used to gave it all the time, but the past few months I only get a sleep score once or twice a.  I hope it isn't  because you have to sign up to premium, as that's not right, if we already had it.
