I suspect that Fitbit has changed this access and you can only get it if you get Fitbit prime.

Sleep stages are available without prime. If you've had no stages tracked in 8 months then I would suspect that your heart rate sensor is not working. Are you seeing heart rate tracking on the dashboard?

In the hope that it's just a software glitch I would try restarting your fitbit using the instructions in Help article: How do I restart my tracker?

If that doesn't work then I'd suspect a hardware problem. There's not much we can do about that in this user forum so I would contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.

Someone suggested I check the heart rate and make sure it’s turned to Auto which it wasn’t so I’m hoping that that’s the problem although I don’t remember ever changing the settings. By restarting your device do you mean deleting it and then starting again from scratch? I think I’ve already done that and it doesn’t seem to have changed anything I’ve also logged out and logged in and that didn’t seem to change anything either so I’m hoping the setting on auto will correct the problem. Thanks for your help
