Sporadic reminders to move

My reminders to move are sporadic. I’ll usually get the reminder the 1st hour of the day. The 2nd reminder usually goes missing. Throughout the day it is sporadic if I get my reminders or not. It doesn’t seem to make a difference if I am syncing to my phone or not.

I am feeling frustrated. Any advice?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Alta and then check: What's my Fitbit hourly activity goal? for more information about this specific feature.

My HR has been doing the same for a few months....I reset it every time I charge it, but it doesn’t improve

I have it set from 10 to 10 n only received a12:50 notification today

frustrating
