My mobile phone used to display my daily 'steps' on the home page but it just vanished today.

How do I get it back?

Thanks

@Suzanne3825  Do you mean they were on the dashboard of your app, or on your phone home screen? If it was your phone home screen you need to tell us what your phone is

@Suzanne3825 -

See if my post "Unable to see hourly step tile in app" on page 5 (in case the link doesn't take you their) of the iOS board helps.

No sorry Mr Marv
I have lost the daily steps from the home page on my mobile.
It showed on the home page all the time even when I didn't have the fitbit
app open.
Thanks anyway
Cheers

@Suzanne3825 I think it is a phone setting, probably in settings, then select lock screen and security. There you can select what shows on your lock screen (at least thats what my Samsung has). I have never had fitbit enabled there though, so dont know if it works or not. If you get it to work, let us know!

I don't think you're quite understanding the question and I am having the same problem.

The steps used to be on the dashboard in the phone app (inspire) then,  it disappeared. How do we get it back?

Since, you can't turn off all the automatic frivolous information that you don't want on the clock face (calories burned,  floors,  water ect.) It would be nice to to open the app and see the steps right there.

I had the same problem. I have a samsung galaxy. I held down the Fitbit icon on my phone, then chose widgets... my primary goal is steps so I just tapped the 'steps' widget and added it. Hope that helps 😊
