Steps recorded on different day and not tracking sleep

My Alta HR has been playing up recently. I have logged out and restarted the Fitbit to no avail. My steps on Monday are recorded as Sunday and my sleep has not updated since November 13th. Please help

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and troubleshooting your Alta HR prior to posting. To better assist you, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using to check the Fitbit? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Only steps are being affected or other stats too? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that your phone's OS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

 

In regards the sleep tracking issue, can you please let me know if your device is not tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Alta HR and try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.
