Syncing difficulties with Samsung Galaxy A50

I cannot get the tracker to sync with the new Samsung A50.

According to the following thread many people have had issues with the A50 and it isn't on fitbit's list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

Having said that, a few comments on that thread suggests that it may be working for some. Have you just changed to the A50? If so, do you still have your old phone? If you do then make sure it doesn't still have a connection to the fitbit in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking the connection to the A50
