Good morning,

I had as a gift last  Sunday one FitbitAlta from a person who had it as a gift a few months ago.

So I dont know if the warranty is valid.

The battery charges its power 66% about only. So the display works when the charge in running but does

not work when Alta is not connected to the power.

I, successfully,  already did Updates and the troubleshooting page 27 of the user manual, but FitbitAlta

does not work.

Can you help me?
