Hello.
I have my alta HR since 2 years ago and I've noticed for a few days that the green leds don't turn off nor decrease from full brightness at any moment.
I followed all the steps reported throughout the forum (restarting it, wait for a full discharge and charge it back, unpair and pair again...) but nothing seems to work
What can I do?
Thanks.

Hi, @FamuCa have you checked your settings in the Fitbit app? Click on the Alta HR in your app and on the next screen find Heart Rate. There you can toggle it to “off” “on” or “auto” . On “auto” the lights should be off except when the Alta HR detects movement.
If the setting is “off” but the lights are still flashing, try turning them to “on” and then syncing your Alta HR. Next turn them “off” again and sync once more.
I hope this helps.

Are you saying that when the Alta HR is removed from the wrist, the lights stay on?

Hi, @Rich_Laue
I've made a short video showing what I mean: https://youtu.be/ngukqd1533M
I don't know if you can see the led's intensity and they stay fixed, they don't flick as always. I have to take off my Alta HR at night because of that. It looks like I have a green flashlight on 😫
Thanks.

This is happening to me as well. It is draining the battery within a few hours.

Well... There's no answer and I can't use my alta HR as always because of the battery duration. I guess I have to say goodbye to my fitbit since I can't find a solution to this problem 🙁.

Ik heb sinds gisteren precies hetzelfde met mijn 2 jaar oude Fitbit. Resetten heeft geen effect.
