Hello

The screen of my alta HR remains black. I plugged in the charge cable and reset it, but that doesn't change anything.

I bought my alta HR in August 2017.

Hi @Nibordel Unfortunately it sounds as if it has died, and at over 2 years old it wont be covered by warranty . You should still try support as they may offer you a discount on a new fitbit.
