I've done a search but can't find my exact problem.
I am in Sydney Aus, for some reason my Alta HR has suddenly decided I'm in Los Angeles (time zone). It still has my location set as Australia. So the time on the watch is 8:00 when it's 3:00 for example. I have followed the instructions to set the time zone and keep changing it back to Sydney AET, tell it to sync and it keeps going back to LA time Zone 😖. Am I missing a step (I try it with auto on and off) TIA

thanks for the reply. I had done that a couple of times with no result, out of frustration I contacted a Fitbit CSO who started there and then told me to try the same on my laptop (which has updated recently) and although I had the location on my phone app, the location on my laptop was the problem. I corrected it and problem solved :). So there's a little tip, you need to check both

@B0bK Thanks for getting back. I'm glad to hear that it was resolved once you checked your location on your phone app and on your computer.
