I've had this issue with my Charge 4 since I got it two months ago. Everything else works perfectly, including badges, but trophies might as well not exist for me. The watch has never said I've earned a trophy. The app says they're all locked. The dashboard just lists them without explaining why I'm not allowed to have any.
I like the gamification of fitness concept, but the players need to get the prizes they earn. Also, why is this still an issue? I see complaints about this going back to at least 2017, and the reply is always that technical support is aware of the problem and working on a solution.
