I bought my son a fitbit hr for his birthday and am trying to set it up. It's not turning on though. It's been on the charger and is fully charged but when you double tap it still stays with fitbit.com/setup on screen. I've looked online and have tried the 'press the button on charging cable 3 times in 4 seconds' but it is still not turning on. Any other suggestions as am very frustrated 😐

That's the only thing a fitbit will show until it has successfully been through the setup process in the fitbit app. Have you tried this yet? If not, here's a guide: Help article: How do I set up my tracker?
If you have but the message is still there then try going through the setup again by going into the account section of the app (select the profile image at the top left of the main dashboard) and select "set up a device"
