Without tapping or other input my ALTA was constantly scrolling through all screens very rapidly. I tried syncing with app, but then SYNC NOW started rapidly cycling without stopping. I tried reset with charging cord. Not successful. In the time it’s taken me to write this it has become completely unresponsive. I’m on hold with customer service. We will see where I get an answer first

Mine recently started doing the same thing. I’m following to see if anybody responds. Let me know what customer service says

Fishrev - Did you get any responses on this matter? My Charge 2 (I know, it's old!) started the same thing 3 days ago, then returned to mostly normal function but no heart rate tracking. Today it was scrolling through another menu while charging. I'm guessing mine is just giving up the ghost.
