Both on the app and online when looking at resting heart rate for today on the heart rate dashboard, it has a symbol there and I haven’t seen that before. It’s on the current day on the graph, where the days figure is plotted, and it’s in a circle the left side is white and the right blue with 3 horizontal lines coming out the right side. Does anyone know what it means? Thank you!
