What fitbit is this and where do I get a charger.

I have a fitbit that I cannot charge because i do not have a charger.  It looks like I have an Alta, but the charger i got on Amazon does not fit this fitbit.   The fitbit has three round copper looking contacts on the underside of the fitbit.  The Alta charger charges in a horizontal direction (left to right on the fitbit) but my fitbit looks to charge in a vertical direction (top to bottom) and is on the left side of the actual back of the fitbit.  

 

Please help with a model and where to get a replacement charger.

 

I am unable to upload an image.  It keeps asking for a source.

I was able to load a picture of the back of my fitbit to my profile picture.
