Same here! I fully charge it up, & it only lasts 4 hours! It says it’s connected but when I press the “Sync Now” it stays on????

Just completed a lengthy online chat with Fitbit, no joy! I was told to complete a Battery Drain Test & to get back in touch with them. I did this, my battery lasted 3 hours! Was told my battery was no good, which I told them but they needed online proof. Outcome was because my Fitbit is only just out of warranty 25% off a new purchase, my response, “I would never purchase another Fitbit again”. I expected such an expensive purchase to last longer!!! I’ve had nothing but trouble with it, but it seems I’m not the only one.Never again!

I had a similar chat with someone there and received an email back from her manager that said there was nothing they could do. No offer if the 25% either. I won’t buy another Fitbit unless this defect is fixed.
