Just got a new phone Samsung A20,  any update when this will be compatible?

Hello @Iraymond, welcome to the Community Forums!

Let me share with you that we are constantly working and testing different mobile devices to make sure that they work as intended with our products and services. As it turns out, at this moment I'm unable to let you know when or if the Samsung Galaxy A20 will be added to our list of compatible devices, however, my best advise for you will be to constantly check our list of compatible devices for any update.

My fitbit is somehow receiving calls and texts from my phone, not sure how, as it isn’t paired.

Seems odd that even though your Alta HR isn't connected with the Bluetooth settings of your Samsung A20, however, I'm happy to know that such feature is working without your mobile device being compatible.
