Where can I buy a charger for Alta HR?

I am having trouble finding a charger for my Alta HR every time I order one I get one with two prongs that doesn't snap onto the Alta HR properly where can I buy a charger for this Alta HR?

Hi @KENYA2006  the best place to buy the charger is Fitbit or an authorized retailer, such as Best Buy, Target or Walmart. Only the official Fitbit Alta HR charger unit works completely with your device. Others might work, but they may lack the restart button of the authentic version.
