I lost my original alta charger and I can seem to find one around Kenya,where can I get one need to track my exercise

Thank you for your question regarding the purchase of a new charger in Kenya. I'm sorry to hear about the lost accessory. 

 

I noticed there's not an official Fitbit store or authorized retailers available in Kenya so you can purchase the original charging cable, but you may find a charger searching through different online retailers available in your country as well.
