Why don’t I get daily sleep scores??

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have had my fitbit for 6 days, and only got a sleep score once a few days ago.

I have an Alta HR. Can anyone explain why? Or what I am doing wrong?

Hello @KShorty

Welcome to the Fitbit Community. I see your wondering why your not consistently seeing sleep scores. You must see sleep stages to see a sleep score. This may help you understand how sleep stages and sleep scores work hand in hand here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2439/?q=Sleep+scores&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1#nosc...

😃 please let me know if this provides the best answer to your question.

Unfortunately not! I had seen this multiple times when doing my own research in the problem. I’m up to date and been waiting days for the figures to load! I also slept with the watch in a different position on my wrist last night, further up my wrist to see if it made a difference ! But no luck !

Hello again @KShorty

Did the link I sent you provide any insight at all? I wonder if it would help if you restarted your Alta HR. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186/?q=Restart&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1

I've got the same problem. Even though I see my sleep phases, I don't get a sleep score. I have worn Versa for 7 nights now and have not seen a single sleep score. Also, the app should be at the latest version, because I downloaded it very recently. Running the app on Windows 10.

My sleep app has also disappeared. By doing some searching it seems that we don't have it any more only if we pay for it monthly

The sleep app should be there irrespective if you pay or not. Only some extra information, like restlessness and sleeping heart rate requires a premium account. Maybe the sleep score falls in this category too?

I see on my Alta HR only the hours that I have slept.

Since November 29 I do not see any Sleep Scores.

Why?
