Ok so I’m new and I have an older Fitbit. On charge shows v 21.40.02 and then sometimes turns in. Battery shows fully charged but when I take it off the charger It won’t turn back on. It’s an Alfa if that helps. Thank you

Hi @khewitt2012  that is the latest firmware for the Alta series of devices. Have you tried restarting it a few times?
