Just go my new Alta and it won't charge.  Looking at the design and the device has 3 connection points. But charging cord only has 2 pins...Device won't charge...could this be the charger

The difference in number of pins is not the problem; don't know why but that's the way it is.  Sometimes have to wiggle it a bit to get it to snap into place correctly though.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
