I have an Alta HR for less then 2 years. It will only stay on when attached to the charger. I have reset it. Once I take it off the charger I can no longer see the display.

help?

Hi @ktval It sounds like your Alta HR is dying. If restarting several times doesn't help then there is nothing you can do. Try contacting Customer Support  and see if they can help.

I had the same problem and connected my Alta Fitbit to my computer and pressed the reset button on the Fitbit cord, holding it for 15 seconds.  Hope this helps.

So you can contact support to learn that your warranty is over but they are so kind do get you a discount voucher ...working only for older products.

Personally I think that the tracker is too expensive to last only 2 years . They offer no way to get the battery replaced after. I will change to something cheaper doing exactly the same things.
