Wristband was damaged

Hello,

I received a Fitbit charge 3 yesterday as a gift and it did not come with instructions for changing bands. When I finally found the button and tried to remove the band, part of the device which connects to the band broke off and isn’t stuck inside the band.

Can this specific part be replaced or do I need to get a whole new Fitbit?
