Hi Can someone help me figure out which Fitbit I have?  I was given this - I'm pretty sure it is either the Alta or Alta HR but can't quite distinguish the difference.  I think it might have something to do with the buckle and the charging port. I need to figure out which charger to order. Thanks in advance! For some reason this platform is not accepting my photos - not sure why. This fitbit has three gold pins horizontally placed on the top of the device.

Hi @nygirlandrea  if it has the HR feature, there will be two little spots on the back of the pebble which would light up. As for the charger, if you have a Best Buy in your area, they should be able to help you find the right charger unit while you're in the store.

Thank you! It does have those lights so I think it is the HR - just ordered
a charger from Amazon.

@nygirlandrea  be sure the charger you ordered has the little button on it or you won't be able to restart your Fitbit. So many on the forums purchased from Amazon and discovered it didn't have the button.
