device synching but app still not showing HR or sleep

Hi

My device is tracking heartrate OK and the app is syncing. But the app is not showing today's heart rate or last night's sleep. Not even basic sleep stages. I've tried rebooting the device but that didn't help. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. 

Any other ideas?

Does the heart rate show up on the Alta HR?

Yes, everything appears as normal.  However if you try to view fitness stats ie. cardio burn etc on heart rate the app won’t allow you to see that screen.  If you try pressing on sleep nothing happens you do not see the screen that shows you your detailed sleep pattern.  You can’t log food or water or track exercise
