My app continues to make troubles, it's been like this on and off for about half a year but the last two weeks almost constantly.
It says: no internet connection, but at the same time it does sync my steps. It just won't sync anything else. Then, all in a sudden and without any visible reason, it syncs - and says: no internet connection.
I've tried all the usual suggestions; restarting, deleting app and reinstalling, nothing helps, it's random when it works. Yesterday, for the first time in months, it started showing incoming calls and messages again, thanks, but I've tried to allow that every time I've looked at the app without anything happening.
I use Android 7.0 on my Samsung tablet

I reported this issue about a week and they just response today with a long email that didn't make any since. Basically they want me to resolve the issue myself w/ about 20 different steps that I've already done before I even reported the problem and its still doing the same thing..I'm so aggravated...I guess the app has the Corona virus 🤷🏽
