i got a new charger for my fitbit today i have had my fitbit alta for 2 years i bought it 2nd hand but when i got it, it had never failed me i got a new charger it did not have the button on the charger to reboot the alta but i have to charge it without the straps because whenever i apply my straps the screen dosent turn on i tap the straps like it tells me to i try to tap the screen the sounds and notifications go through but my screen does not!! i thought my battery was dying but it is completely fine and the screen works when it is on charge☹️🙁🙁
