Don’t know what I’ve done but the + sign on my heart rate has just gone so I’m assuming it’s now nit going to register my resetting heart rate how do I restore the + sign please

First, I assume you mean resting heart rate, and you are talking about on the phone app, not on the actual tracker.

What is it that you wanted to access from the + sign?

Have you tried tapping the heart rate tile to see if the same function is available there?

What do you mean by resetting your heart rate?  I'm not familiar with any such function within Fitbit.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Sorted now thanks I’d had problems a couple of weeks ago and our son tons me to delete the app and reinstall. This I successfully did but today the plus sign vanished before my eyes ( I’m almost 72 but try to stay healthy ) I wasn’t sure what had happened and he wasn’t available being out at sea to ask. However after posting I decided to mess about if all else failed I thought I’d again delete the app and reinstall. I went into setting which I’ve not previously done And tapped a couple of “on” symbols It’s still not got a plus in the box but once again there is a current heart rate pulsing away and a resting heart rate
