Hi, pretty new to fitbit devices and app. I got an Alta HR for my husband and was able to use it just fine, but then got a charge 2 for myself. It says in the manual you can use 2 devices on the same account. But, it seems to be integrating both devices into one report. Like, it will say it's syncing the Alta HR, but the information displayed is from my charge 2. When I got into the account, I see both devices listed, but selecting either one gets the same information in the reports. Any ideas? I know I can delete one device and create a new account, but I was hoping to avoid that. Thanks

See Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?
Yes, you can have those 2 trackers on the same account, but only for the same person.
The intent is to let a person switch between trackers, say wear one to work, and the other to go out in evening.
Each person does need their own account. A person's data is stored by the account ID/email. If 2 people use same ID/email, there is no way to differentiate them.
You will have to do as you said: delete one device and create a new account.
